LEED Green Building
The Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is simply a unit of measuring. It is a voluntary system to help protect both the environment, and the health of the buildings’ occupants during both construction, and long-term use.
To aid architects, and contractors obtain their LEED Certification levels, Pro-Able, and its suppliers, strive to use materials with as much recycled content as possible. Our wood door manufacturers use Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified woods, and can provide cores with low off gassing emissions.
More and more architects, and end-users are requiring LEED Certification on their buildings, and Pro-Able will work with the contractors to ensure our products will aid in obtaining their desired levels, from Certified to Platinum.
